Ethan witnessed the evolution of the EA role firsthand through a career of supporting a COO and CEOs of billion-dollar entertainment, advertising, and healthcare companies. He also led teams of EAs from twelve to over eighty in number to facilitate reorganization, training, recruiting, and instilling a hospitality mindset.

Who is The ProAssisting Academy designed for?
The ProAssisting Academy is tailored for career-minded executive assistants who want to be Fractional EAs, who value their experience, and want to transition to supporting clients instead of bosses.
What is a fractional executive assistant?
A fractional executive assistant is someone who has 3+ years of experience as an EA, supports 2-4 clients instead of bosses on a continuous month-to-month basis, and divides their support by percentage of 'resources' (aka work time of a full-time employee) between their clients.
What will I learn in the academy?
You'll learn how to become a Fractional EA through advanced communication skills, personal and financial alignment, professional development strategies, and how to establish your own business, all focused on the modern EA role.
How is the program structured?
The program is structured as a comprehensive self-study course that provides you with the flexibility to learn at your own pace. It includes a series of recorded video trainings accompanied by workbooks and additional resources to leverage and enhance your learning experience.
In addition to the self-study materials, you will have access to six live bi-weekly group coaching calls led by Ethan & Stephanie. These sessions offer personalized guidance and the opportunity to discuss your progress and challenges.
Additionally, you'll be part of a supportive community where you can connect with other participants, share insights, and gain further motivation throughout your journey.
Can I balance the training with my full-time job?
Yes, sessions are designed to fit around a busy work schedule and will also be recorded for you to view at your convenience.
What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
No problem. All live sessions are recorded, so you can watch them at a time that works best for you. You can also comment and ask questions on the live session posts to get the answers you need, even if you’re watching the recorded session.
Is there support available between sessions?
Absolutely. You can ask any question whenever you like in our monitored community. Should you wish to ask specific questions with personal or confidential information, you can direct message Stephanie, Ethan, and/or ProAssisting's EA within the community.
What results can I expect from completing the academy?
While individual results vary, you will be armed with the knowledge and guidance to source and take on your first client as a Fractional EA. You’ll know you’re getting unfiltered and honest advice and guidance from people who’ve led EAs through this process since 2018. That said, you have to take responsibility for taking action, absorbing the training, challenging previous assumptions, getting out of your comfort zone, and potentially having difficult conversations to apply your learning.
