What is a fractional executive assistant?
A fractional executive assistant is someone who has 3+ years of experience as an EA, supports 2-4 clients instead of bosses on a continuous month-to-month basis, and divides their support by percentage of 'resources' (aka work time of a full-time employee) between their clients.
What will I learn in the academy?
You'll learn how to become a Fractional EA through advanced communication skills, personal and financial alignment, professional development strategies, and how to establish your own business, all focused on the modern EA role.
How is the program structured?
The program is structured as a comprehensive self-study course that provides you with the flexibility to learn at your own pace. It includes a series of recorded video trainings accompanied by workbooks and additional resources to leverage and enhance your learning experience.
In addition to the self-study materials, you will have access to six live bi-weekly group coaching calls led by Ethan & Stephanie. These sessions offer personalized guidance and the opportunity to discuss your progress and challenges.

Can I balance the training with my full-time job?

Is there support available between sessions?
